The Farmer's Wife ClubThe Farmer's Wife Club centers around the book of the same name. One hundred eleven, 6" blocks are featured in the book. We'll work on about 5 a month over 2 years. Consider this a "stash buster" project, as the blocks are small and scrappy.
Beginning October 10th, we'll meet at the shop on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 2 pm. I'll introduce the blocks we'll be working on and we'll share tips and techniques for making them. You are welcome to bring your sewing tools, fabric and machine to work on the blocks at the meeting. This is a very casual club. If you are unable to make a meeting, I'll keep you up to date about what blocks we are working on. |
